After a decade of practicing securities law on Bay Street, and witnessing day-in and day-out the pain points of capital raising that founders faced, I was inspired to build a system that would combat the inefficiencies that plagued traditional processes. Co-founded and led DealMaker to be Canada’s 3rd Fastest Growing Company 2022, that in 4 short years has processed over $1.7B in transactions and over 680,000 investments - more than any counterparts or competitor in North America, while also democratizing access to capital.
