There is no official hotel block or negotiated CfPA room rate for the 2026 CfPA Regulated Investment Crowdfunding Summit. CfPA is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) trade association managed by all-volunteer industry leadership, so we are providing the following courtesy shortlist rather than administering a hotel block. These suggestions are not endorsements, and attendees should book directly with the hotel or through their preferred travel service.  

The Summit will take place October 20–21, 2026, at the National Union Building, 918 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20004. The closest station is Gallery Place–Chinatown Metro, approximately one block from the venue. Metro Center is approximately two blocks away. 

Walking-distance recommendations

1. High-end: Riggs Washington DC
900 F Street NW — essentially two doors from the National Union Building and the most convenient upscale choice. Riggs is a five-star boutique hotel in the former Riggs National Bank building, with Café Riggs and the Silver Lyan cocktail bar on-site. (National Union Building)

2. Mid-range: Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Washington, DC/Downtown
500 H Street NW — approximately a seven-minute walk from the venue. It offers conventional full-size hotel rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast buffet, making it a practical option for business travelers. (Marriott)

3. Budget-minded: Motto by Hilton Washington DC Downtown
627 H Street NW — approximately an eight-minute walk from the venue and directly across from Gallery Place–Chinatown Metro. Motto offers modern, efficiently designed “travel-sized” rooms and is generally best suited to solo travelers who prioritize location over room size. (Hilton)

Metro-accessible alternatives outside DC

Virginia: Hampton Inn & Suites Arlington Crystal City DCA
The hotel is approximately a five-minute walk from Crystal City Metro and offers complimentary breakfast and an airport shuttle. The Yellow Line runs directly from Crystal City to Gallery Place; allow approximately 20–25 minutes door to door, including the walk to the venue. (Hilton)

Maryland: Hyatt Regency Bethesda
The hotel is located at Bethesda Metro Center, directly above or beside the Bethesda Red Line station. The Red Line travels directly to Gallery Place in approximately 18 minutes; allow roughly 20–25 minutes door to door. (Hyatt)
