With over 20 years of experience on Capitol Hill, in the Executive Branch, and in lobbying, Dina is a nationally recognized leader in financial policy, legislation, and regulatory affairs. She has represented clients before Congress and the Executive Branch on critical issues ranging from crowdfunding and bitcoin/blockchain technologies to banking, bankruptcy, and financial services.

Her career highlights include serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Treasury Department under President George W. Bush, Washington Director for Congressman Mike Coffman, and senior staff for multiple congressional committees and Senator Pat Toomey. Dina also played a pivotal role in drafting landmark legislation, including the JOBS Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Check 21, and the 2005 Bankruptcy Reform.

Known for working across party lines and her reputation for “getting things done,” Dina brings unmatched insight into the policymaking process and the future of financial innovation.
