CfPA Welcomes Julian Haffner to Its Board of Directors

Julian brings over two decades of legal expertise across venture capital, private equity, and entertainment law, along with deep experience in Regulation Crowdfunding and alternative capital formation. As Chief Legal Officer of CineBlock and a Member at Gordon Feinblatt LLC, his leadership and commitment to expanding access to capital for underrepresented founders will be an invaluable asset to our mission.
