Hello friend,

We are a full-service public accounting firm which provides tax (business/personal), bookkeeping, consulting, IRS support, expert witness testimony, financial modeling, financial statement review, and financial coaching services (be your own accountant).

We are not the stereotypical accountants in that... we are not sticks in the mud! We aim to build a personal relationship with our clients with a fun, cordial attitude. Whether you’re worried about a tax issue, starting a business, or a seasoned business owner, we want to be the partner that you can rely on to save you time, money, and STRESS!

M&A does not have an office..... the team works remotely in the South Florida area. We have found that video conferencing and screen sharing with our friends (clients) is just as effective. Plus, offices are expensive, boring, and not needed. We pass the cost savings on to you.
