Biography

Levi Brackman is the founder and CEO of Invown, an SEC-registered, FINRA-member funding portal and fintech platform focused on making compliant capital raising more efficient and affordable for issuers. With over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and entrepreneur, he has structured and supported numerous Regulation Crowdfunding and private offerings across both real estate and early-stage companies.

Before launching Invown, Levi served in executive roles at Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits, bringing a strong background in strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement to his work in crowdfunding. His current focus is building AI-enabled, end-to-end tools that streamline everything from deal structuring and documentation to investor onboarding and post-raise administration.

Levi is also a rabbi and bestselling author whose work on leadership and ethics has been published internationally. As a board member of the Crowdfunding Professional Association, he is committed to advancing best practices, improving regulatory understanding, and expanding access to capital for diverse communities and issuers.
