Biography

As an executive coach, Erin helps clients move from feeling stuck to moving forward with clarity and confidence. She believes in banishing boring meetings, and in developing leadership at all levels of your organization. 

Erin helps clients achieve their desired results with change management skills. Specializing in helping leaders communicate effectively, she utilizes personality assessments to introduce the power of self-awareness and healthy conflict. She supports teams with strategic planning and facilitation, equipping groups as they align around powerful visions and common goals.

She brings 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach in business, collegiate, and community settings. She is certified in change management, coaching, and training by the Association for Talent Development.

During her early career in journalism, Erin worked in radio, television and print for which she earned numerous awards at the state and national level. This background, along with her subsequent work in public relations, has been a valuable asset to clients who are facing challenges with external communications.

Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Erin lives with her husband, their two children, one dog, and one frog (a decent swimmer named Phelps, yes, after the olympian). When she’s not working or volunteering, she carves out time to chase her kids down a ski run or read yet another Percy Jackson novel together.
