The list of portals is up to 75 now? And former portals up to 12? Aside from those which are statutorily disqualified, why would some stop operating?

Among varied reasons that some of those former portals might have stopped operating (other than disqualification), am seeing that NextSeed US LLC was acquired by Open Deal Portal LLC (aka Republic) in November 2020.
